Prerequisites

For open messaging, licenses, products, permissions are the same as for any other Genesys Cloud digital messaging integration. In addition, you need:

• An active account with your preferred messaging service or proprietary messaging platform
• Your middleware that translates the open message into the preferred format of the recipient message service or platform
