I'm getting a 403 response "This feature is not enabled for this organization" when making trying to make a postUserExternalid API call.
Am I doing something wrong or is it really restricted ?
That message indicates that the feature you're attempting to use requires a feature toggle to be enabled. Please open a case with PureCloud Care to request that the feature be enabled in your org.
Thanks, that's what I did and the support team is asking for the feature to be enable on my org.

The case is still opened (Raised to operations), the case number is 0002653846.
If you could help activating the feature it would be great.
Care is addressing the request to enable the feature toggle. If you're experiencing any issues getting the case resolved, please escalate through normal Care channels.

Just to bring closure : this feature is still in development and should be available around Q1 2020.
It was published by mistake in the public documentation.
