About external contacts

There are two questions.
1.Make a call or send an e-mail to a user registered as an external contact, the history will be left on the contact page. How many can be registered?
2.The user name registered as an external contact is not displayed in the list of performance -> interaction. Is it possible to change the settings to make it visible?
