About InQueue Flow

Hello everyone,

I have a question about InQueue Flow. When does it run? Before the interaction is answered by the queue or after the interaction is answered by the queue?

I need to validate a transfer to a queue, but this validation needs to be done before answering. Can i use InQueue Flow for this?

If not, does a blind transfer go through a flow?

I think the In-Queue flow should start when the queue becomes a "connected" participant in this conversation (when the interaction is "answered" by the queue).

I am not sure I understand your question on blind transfer. If it is a blind transfer to a queue, it works the same way. In-Queue flow starts when the queue participant connects to the conversation (i.e. "answers").
