Digital Messaging - Warm/Consult Transfer among Agents
Our customers want answers from Genesys about whether this idea, if implemented, will definitely cover the following messaging services:
LINE Messaging (planned to be used until support is discontinued on April 24, 2024)
Genesys Cloud Universal Messaging (planned to start using before LINE support ends)
Web messenger
Are these three platforms included in the idea?
I wasn't sure if it was something to ask on the forum, but I would appreciate a reply.
Hi - I've asked the corresponding product team to clarify initial scope across all Messaging channels, in the Idea you referenced above: most likely this will align with all channels already included with Digital Monitoring (Web Messaging, SMS, WhatsApp...)
