Access authenticated standard claims field in Inbound Message Architect

Hi all,

Currently, I saw we can access some authenticated claim fields like email, given_name and family_name via the built-in variables in Architect inbound message flows (Authenticated web messaging attributes - Genesys Cloud Resource Center)

But it is possible to access other fields?

Hi - not yet, but we have future plans to expand on this, and we will consider leveraging External Contacts records as recipient for all these attributes:
