Add a logo for Web Messenger

In the documentation in mentions we can add a logo but in our Org after KB is enabled, the option to add a Logo does not appear.

  1. Under Add a logo , select the required image to use as the brand logo. When you enable this option, the image appears in the home screen and throughout the knowledge base.

This is only for the Homescreen, so you need to enable that. It should be available now.

Yes I did but still do not see that option

Ah, ok. This feature is rolling out at this moment right now, so may not be completed. You may have to wait until it is all done.

Please ensure that user permissions are in-place, as per documentation: Configure Messenger - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

  • To view Brand Logo upload field: Uploads > Public Asset > Upload permission
