We have scenarios where outbound campaigns may present a call that we want to remove from the list and skip the call. Currently we tell our agents to update a custom field "Total Calls" to 100, update the contact, then skip the call. We have rules that mark the contact uncallable if "Total Calls" >7.
I created a button that updates the field but I can't figure out a way to make that button automatically skip the call. Is that possible? Ideally we would make this button update the contact (mark that field = 100), then skip the call all in one action.
