Hi all, I wanted to ask if anyone is aware if it is possible to add newly added users to organization automatically to Azure AD group to grant access for their Microsoft account for SSO login into Genesys system? We currently have a group for that, but it is a manual work to go into Azure and add them one by one there, we would like to make it automated.
So the flow would go like we create a user in Genesys and once user is added in Genesys, the user is automatically added to Azure group, possibly using the users' Genesys email to identify which user has to be added to group from Azure side.
Maybe anyone of you have experience with this or has any idea how that could be possible to make
