Presence definitions can be added to the users API, in order to assign that value to the state of an agent. Such as a status of "Visit to the doctor"

Puedo añadir una estado a las definiciones de presencia de la API usuarios? Por ejemplo, un estado de "Visita medica".

I'm not sure if you're looking to create an organization status of "medical visit" or if you want the person to specify that text, so here's how to do both:

• Set the message property when setting a user's presence to specify free-form text. See here for an example: https://developer.genesys.cloud/useragentman/presence/understanding-presence#set-a-user-s-presence
• To create custom presence definitions in your organization, use POST /api/v2/presencedefinitions (or just configure them via the UI Add secondary statuses for a primary status - Genesys Cloud Resource Center)
