Adding Chosen Language to a script

Hello,

I would like to add the Language chosen to the script that pops when an agent receives an inbound call. I am unfamiliar with the syntax. Hoping somebody can help me with creating the custom action.

Are you using the full web UI/Scripts or are you using an embedded client like Zendesk or Salesforce?

Can you walk through step by step how you want this to work? Where does the language chosen come from? Are you wanting to display the language of the caller, or are you wanting to change the language of the UI displayed to the agent?

Right now, we just have the UI/Scripts...no integrations. What I want is this...currently the script shows the Interaction Type, State and Customer Number. We were hoping to add what language they chose, between English or Spanish.
I have my script in a simple call flow but can't get it to show which language they chose. Still new to this.
