I've built out a call flow that starts with a Call Data Action to Salesforce that is taking an inordinately long time (~ 30 seconds or more); once that initial SOSL query has finished, the process moves along well, but that first step is tough.
We can try and set expectations in the menu prompt before that action is triggered; I don't suppose there's any way to insert Hold music alongside that action rather than presenting dead air until the method returns or the query fails..?
