Adding hold music within a flow / Call Data Action

I've built out a call flow that starts with a Call Data Action to Salesforce that is taking an inordinately long time (~ 30 seconds or more); once that initial SOSL query has finished, the process moves along well, but that first step is tough.

We can try and set expectations in the menu prompt before that action is triggered; I don't suppose there's any way to insert Hold music alongside that action rather than presenting dead air until the method returns or the query fails..?

Unfortunately, there is no way to play audio during the Data Action at this time. Your best bet is to implement messaging as you have described to inform the caller of the impending dead air. I've added your request to CA-1954, though that feature isn't scheduled for work at this time.
