Advertising products or services is generally disallowed on the developer forum. Posts containing advertisements may be made only if they adhere to the following rules.
Advertisement Posting Rules
- Advertisement topics may be posted to the Coffee House category, and only to that category, no more than once per quarter.
- Advertisement topics must clearly convey the following information, at a minimum:
- Company name, website, and contact information (at least an email or phone number)
- Summary of product or service
- A screenshot or video showing the product (does not apply to services)
- PureCloud region and country availability
- If you feel that you your product or service may be of use to someone who's posted on the forum, you may advertise your offering once per topic. In addition to whatever you want to say, the reply should include a link to where they can find more information (your Coffee House post, the AppFoundry, your website, etc). Any follow up discussion about the offering must be conducted via private message, in the coffee house topic, or outside of the forum.
Disallowed Advertisements
- Do not create advertisement topics outside of the Coffee House category.
- Do not advertise updates or releases to your product or service with new topics, though you may edit or comment on your Coffee House topic with updates.
- Do not advertise any product or service that is not directly related to or not integrated with PureCloud. (e.g. web hosts, programming outsourcing, etc.)
- Do not comment or private message with advertisements that are unrelated to the topic.
This policy will be interpreted at the sole discretion of the forum administrators. Violation or abuse will result in the deletion of topics and comments and may result in a permanent account ban for repeat offenses.
