Hi team, I would like to know your advice about the tools we are using from Genesys.
The context would be (in summary): we have a backend that is using the Web Messaging SDK to connect to Genesys and interact with agents. This backend acts as a bridge for other clients who want to connect with an agent. We have been reviewing the Open Messaging documentation and we believe that for our use case it might make more sense to use Open Messaging for this case.
We would like to know if this is the case, if it would be better to use Open Messaging and the effort that it could take from the point of view of adapting the tool we have to manage Genesys from using Web Messaging to Open Messaging.
