After Call Work Timeout in Email queues

Hi.

Do we have any feature that can add Mandatory, Timeboxed after call work timeout in our Email queues?

Here's the idea that captures the feature request and has the latest on this topic: https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLPLA-I-368. At this point this effort has not been started but it is something we want to add in the future.
