What API is being used to populate these After Call Work items?

Hi Anthony,

The easiest way to understand the behavior of which APIs are being used on a screen is to turn on your developer tools in the a browser and then perform the interaction you are looking at. The Genesys Cloud application is built on our public API and so any calls we make in our application will be to our public API.

Let me rephrase this. Are there new CoPilot APIs, can this be accomplished with the standard public API set, or will these not be public?
