Agent Assistance connectivity issues

Hi Team, I need some help with Agen assistance and Chat within my WebRTC client not working and showing as red and when you hover over icon you get "There is a connectivity problem with Agent Assistance. We will retry to establish a connection automatically." We have force point proxies, and all other Genesys feature appear to work, send and make calls....etc etc... We obviously expect out proxies, however, are unsure what to look for...!
Any assistance would be appreciated.
