Hi, I have a problem statement where we would like to add the authentication method (OKTA or Genesys login) into Agent login and logout report to track the user's using OKTA as a login option. Is there a way to do the same?

Hi John,

The integration with OKTA has been successfully completed however the concern here is that we need to identify how many users used OKTA for logging onto Genesys PureCloud vs how many used the username-password option for logging onto Gensys Purecloud.
