When an agent is in wrap time, is there an API mechanism that would allow an agent to extend his/her wrap time for the interaction they are in the process of completing?

There doesn't appear to be an API for that particular piece of functionality. It would be worth submitting your use case on our ideas portal if you'd like to see this feature added in future.
