Agent HistoricalAdherenceActuals now available on the Bulk Historical Adherence API Route

We have added the ability to request Agent HistoricalAdherenceActuals be included in the results when using the Bulk Historical Adherence Route. Please see the API documentation or the following tutorial for usage information: Genesys Cloud Developer Center.

This functionality was commonly requested since releasing the bulk historical adherence API.

Change Impact

No impact. The new functionality is opt-in. If no changes are made to the request, nothing will change. If the agent actuals are desired, the request body will need to be updated to have them included.
