Agent inactivity timeout and disconnect interaction

Hi,
Is there a way to disconnect interaction and logout if the agent is inactive ? Inactive timeout feature temporarly rolledback but that will not disconnect interactions (which are in after call work and agent left).

You can integrate a small web app using the Script feature to notify when an agent has been inactive for a long time. Conveniently, we have a blueprint that is along the same lines of what you are asking here

Thanks for your response..!! This will alert agent itself when there is an inactivity. But my scenario is different, where agent forget to wrapup last interaction at the end of the day. Today supervisor is doing this as manual activity, disconnect interaction and logout user. We would like to automatically disconnect interaction and logout if the agent is inactive.

There is a feature in the roadmap similar to what you are describing, tagged as Coming soon - Allow to force After Call Work to finish when users logoff. The last comment from Admin on this idea mentions a tentative of availability at the end of Q2.
