Agent name is displayed as Agent in the chat widget

Is there a way to configure agent display name for chat?

At the moment it seems to appear as Agent, is there a way to change that?

I cannot get this functionality to work either. I have set up a name and picture in the agent profile but cannot get either to display in the chat widget on the client-side (though it does show up properly inside pure cloud). The only customization I am able to get to work is the agentAvatar properties to show the same image for all agents, which is much less desirable.

If you've followed the documented instructions and it isn't working, please open a ticket with PureCloud Support to investigate.
