Agent Summarization

I am looking for the APIs required to collect the agent summarization.

Yes, I have checked the API-Explorer DEV Center but searching on summarization gave me no results.

Can your further explain what you mean by Agent Summarization?

When you turn on Agent Assistant and at the end of the conversation or Web Messaging, Genesys summarizes the conversation into a summary, which can be copied into the Notes.

Hi Martin,

A couple of things:

  1. Are you trying to initiate the summarization from the API call or are you trying to retrieve the summary of the notes.
  2. Are you conceiving this action to be initiated by an agent or some back-end process?

I am just trying to understand better what you are trying to accomplish.

I am retrieving the auto-summary via an API call from an external solution. I don't want to retrieve the summary from the notes, as then I would depend on the agent to remember to copy and paste it into the notes.

What I meant to say is I am trying to retrieve the Auto Summarization via API, but I cannot find what API will provide me that summarization detail.
