Agent training on using Genesys purecloud for Salesforce

Hi. I am new to using Genesys and I like to know the whole process of how should an Agent use purecloud in Salesforce Call Center. Is there an available end-to-end video I could watch or documentation? I cannot find it in the resource center.

I don't know if a training exists specifically for the use of Genesys Cloud inside Salesforce.
There are a set of pages on the Resource Center which explain some of its aspects - but not as a video/training:
"Get started (agents)", "Client interface" and "Call controls and basic interaction tasks" sections on this page.
But you may have seen them already.

What I would suggest is to check what's available on the Genesys Beyond site - specific to training and contact them, if necessary, by email at beyond@genesys.com
