We have a list of 1000+ customer's emails and we need to send an email to all the customers containing a survey URL (surveymonkey) in the email body.

Please let us know how can we accomplish this?

Genesys Cloud is not a general purpose mass mailer. You should generally look to 3rd party software to handle email marketing and arbitrary mass email campaigns. You can set the reply to address to an address that's a monitored mailbox so replies can create conversations, however.
