Agents are complaining that they do not hear disconnect sound when the calls are disconnected

Agents complaining do not hear disconnect sound when the calls are disconnected. is there a solution to it?

Did there use to be a disconnect sound? There's currently no built-in disconnect tone in the call client. Also, I'd recommend you ask this question in the Genesys Cloud Community Forum. The developer forum is centered around API/SDK utilization.
