Agents Unable to Paste Images into Chat

Hello, we are testing the Web Messaging feature and have noticed that we can't seem to paste copied images/screenshots into the chat area from the agent side, we can only attach saved image files.

However, we can paste copied images into the Genesys Chat here:

Would you happen to know why this is the case?
