Altocloud widget

Good afternoon Forum:

I am trying to enable the Webchat Widget version 2 with altocloud but in the console logs it said the following Error log in the cxbus.min.js library that is loaded once the webpage starts:
"Error (App.setLanguage): No matching language code found in language pack"

I appreciate your help.

That error indicates that the language you've set in your widget's config isn't a valid option. See main.lang and main.i18n for usage details in the widget docs: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GWC/latest/WidgetsAPI/AppConfiguration

I am sorry, I check this reference (https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/webchat/widget-version2.html) and it does not mentioned the use of the main property. I checked your reference but my question is if it applies to use in PureCloud or if it is used in PureEngage.

It's the same thing. The docs you linked link to the reference I linked under the Advanced Usage section.
