Summary: New tMonitoring metric, changes to agent metrics for monitoring supervisor
Impact: If a supervisor is monitoring a conversation, agent metrics (tHandle, tTalk, tHold, tAcw, etc.) will no longer be emitted for this participant. Instead, there is a new tMonitoring metric which captures the time spent monitoring the conversation.
