Are you aware of any known issues with integrating Google dialog flow and Genesys Cloud Cx?

  • Latency between playing prompts
  • Different behaviors when Barge-In enabled/disabled
  • Missing to play prompts
  • Long pause when going back to Genesys cloud from Google dialog flow
