We are having a recent issue when sharing files to open messaging API, when we send a file then agent just receive something like this:
and file looses format:
this was working ok but not sure what has changed now in this API for media files.
Please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to investigate this change in behavior. I'm not aware of any announced changes.
