Any way to get end-user o Bot while conversation is awaiting CSR/agent?

Bit of a strange one, but:

Scenario:
Client is messaging with CSR in asynchronous mode. CSR ends session but threading timeline is still active. We want the client to be able to do/type something within the message window that triggers taking them to a bot flow.

Any thoughts?

Hi @VaunMcCarthy - If you configure your Messenger with Conversation Disconnect = Display conversation status then the End-User would still have a chance type a message after disconnect, which then triggers the Bot.
Not sure if you were trying to achieve something more sophisticated.
