Genesys will replace the current end point /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/dialects
with a New end point /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/topics/dialects
What does this mean Between the announcement date and the endpoint change, Genesys will no longer address bugs or minor issues specific to the current endpoint for supported topic spotting dialects. Genesys will continue to resolve any major breakage until the end-of-life date.
Am I affected?
After December 8, 2021, organizations will no longer be able to use the existing supported topic spotting dialects endpoint (/api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/dialects).
Organizations using the new topic spotting dialects endpoint will only be able to fetch the topic spotting dialects list starting December 8, 2021.
** What do I need to do before the removal date?**
After the removal date, organizations using the existing supported topic spotting dialects endpoint must migrate to the new supported topic spotting dialects endpoint.
