Hi we are starting to use Genesys for our service desc and the old service desc had a export feature for the system that we used in a 3rd party BI tool. Now we need similar data from genesys so that the BI tool can display data that are comparable with the historical data.
The data that we have today are like the one in the picture below in the link.
Hi, thank you for your response Ebenezer_Osei. I've managed to get data from that query but it does not show the users that are taking the calls. Do you somewhere have a function that the users that anwser the calls are identified?
