Is there an API query to retrieve all calls that had a Secure Pause for a specific interval ?
What you are looking for is likely to be sources from Speech and Text Analytics APIs, take a look at Speech and Text APIs . You can get analytics for conversations that had Secure Pause and add more filtering to get your desired result.
Thanks for the reply, doesnt have speech analytics enabled (on CX2 with no wem). Any other suggestions ? please advise
