API to get messages from webchat

Is there any API available to get conversation messages from webchat and automatically send those messages to client email?

Hi,

Thanks for posting. To get conversation messages from webchat, you can use recordings API such as GET /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings/{recordingId}.

As for automatically sending messages to client email, Genesys Cloud does not send emails outside the context of an ACD email conversation, so no.
