API to get transcript from audio

Hello,

I have a question, is it possible to use the ASR of genesys via API ?
I found many resources to get a transcript for a conversation but nothing to send audio and get a transcript from an audio. is is possible to do that ?

Genesys Cloud offers speech analytics and transcription capabilities, but these are typically applied to recorded conversations or live interactions within the Genesys ecosystem. The platform doesn't provide a standalone API for sending arbitrary audio files and receiving transcripts. If you need to transcribe external audio files not associated with Genesys interactions, you might need to explore third-party speech-to-text services that integrate with Genesys Cloud.
