API to view history of an agent's active queues

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there is an API which can display the history of when an agent activated/deactivated certain queues?

For example - our agents work on multiple queues - I have noticed some agents deactivating the queues they do not want to take calls from.
If this is not picked up live it is very hard to manage, I would like to view the historic records to provide a report to leaders.
