API (webhooks) for real time chat - BETA access

Hi PureCloud team,

I've recently spoke to a sales guy from you who directed me here to rise my request. In your documentation, I've seen that your working on realtime chat API. Is there any beta access we can apply for.

We would like to integrate PureCloud with our services at amio.io as one of our prospective clients use PureCloud for web chat and also works on automation on Messenger. Using our service, they could implement one automation for multiple platforms including yours.

We have done some exploratory work around this, but it is not available to try out in a beta version as of yet. We are shooting for 2018 to have this available.

Ok, so do you have any program for PureCloud integrator or anything we can apply for?
