APIs scoped to user, so can't use in data actions can you "hack" this somehow to call the APIs via webservices data action rather than GC data action?

Hoping but not hopeful that maybe there's some combination that will allow for a data action to be called via agent script but for you to be able to include in the header of the request the user's bearer token? Thinking of most of the conversation APIs there.

Hello,

It is unfortunately not possible using a Data Action in a Script.
If you need to invoke the Platform API with a user context (logged in user), you would have to implement a small web app (exposed as an Interaction Widget in Genesys Cloud Web/Desktop app - possibly via a WebComponent in a Script) that triggers an authorization flow and invokes the Platform API.
