Archy Setup not working in MacOs M1 max

I am getting below error while setting up in Archy in MacOS Terminal with M1 Max Chip with OS Ventura 13.6
Same Setup is working for the colleague with MacOS with Intel Chip.

running refresh command.

startup Mode: Using client ID and secret. Treating as client credentials grant.

navigator unavailable - setting operating system to unknown

    An error occurred.

I found this as Firewall issue in my corporate system and once disabled the firewall it worked.
How do we provide the certificate chain to Archy?

For linux this work around did the trick
