We currently use the getConversationRecording() method [with dual channel enabled in trunk config] to generate stereo audio. As expected, the audio contains 2 channels, one for the agent and one for the customer. Can we expect that one of these channels will ALWAYS be the agent, and the other will ALWAYS be the customer -- are the channels deterministic: is channel 0 always the agent and channel 1 always the customer (or visa versa)?

The system always uses audio channel 0 to save the external participant (customer) recording and audio channel 1 to save the internal participant (agent) recording.
