Ask the Users name

Hi, I try to get the name of the person chatting with us and using it during the conversation with the Bot.
I tried it with an "Digital Bot Flow" - Wait for input. However the answer there is not a good.

How could I get this done.

Hello,

Why aren't you using an Ask for Slot action with a Slot of Type "builtin:any"?
This will allow to capture what customer types as a response and store it into a variable.
