Assign Evaluation and Evaluator to a conversation

Hi everyone,
i'm looking around on Quality management.
I have found how to export Evaluations data and get all scores.

But we are using an external algorithme and data to select calls to record (depending ticket information and recording status of the interaction).

I'm not able to found how to assign an evaluation to a conversationid linked to an evaluator.
The Create API is for creating a full evaluation with score, it is not the API to link the conversationId to Evaluation.

Can you help me ?
