Assign WrapUp from external application

We have an external application which assign a wrapup code to customer interaction, in order not to have a duplicate user event to put wrap up code in PureCloud and in our system we need to have an integration that update this code in PureCloud conversation from our external system using realtime communication between this two applications.

Can this be done?
