Is there a way to provision an alert on the Genesys Cloud CX side should the Audiohook Monitor connection with our vendor goes down? How can that be done?
The typical expectation is to use a 3rd party service, like PagerDuty, to alert you when your 3rd party services go down. Genesys Cloud does not serve as a monitoring solution in this way. You could build a custom integration that monitors your vendor and sends a webhook to a chat group when you decide to, but monitoring your vendor isn't a step Genesys provides.
