Audiohook PausedClientMessage and ResumedClientMessage

In Audiohook, we frequently see message PausedClientMessage and ResumedClientMessage.

Previously, our understanding is that it may only happen if agent presses the "secure pause" button.

However we recently also noticed that for some organization, their audio got paused/resume when agent presses the "hold" button. I am curious if there is a config flag for that?

Besides, PausedClientMessage always existing at the beginning of a call, and may also exists briefly at the end of a call.

My question is that what are all the situations that PausedClientMessage and ResumedClientMessage may exist. To integrate with audiohook audio streams, it would be great to fully understand all the possible situations.
