Authorization API Timeout Error

I am getting a timeout error when calling an endpointy GET /api/v2/authorization/roles. It was working since last week for me. Below is the complete error message I get in return.

All 5xx errors are server-side errors and can only be investigated via opening a case with Genesys Cloud Care.
