Auto Done chat interaction

Is there a feature or is it possible to make a script to automatically click done or "Done" the chat interaction after the customer disconnect from the interaction?

If the end customer closes the chat, then the chat is also closed on the agent side. Is there a specific scenario you are asking about?

Like this one, we really wanted to set the ACW to 0 or 1. But we can't set it for chats. Can we have like a third party add on / or script that will automatically click done after the agent or customer disconnect the chat?

Thank you Max for this thread, we would like a similar functionality because it is possible that agents are not wrapping up on their web-chats, and wondering if it's possible to be done automatically after a period of time, similar to a voice call.

There is a feature to automatically revert the agent's routing status, but there is nothing to auto-complete a conversation. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.
