Automatic Early Event Closure for Support (Custom Prompt Played)

Hi all, I wanted to ask is anyone aware on how to automate early closure events for support, currently we add in Architect a check schedule block for each event that occurs in this way and play the sound that we are unavailable. But is there any easier way on how to just add the closed schedule in Operating Schedules and not re-publish flow every time, maybe someone of you have done something like it.

It is just that business does not want to play general out-of-hours prompt, but instead that we are temporary closed for today. Instead of we are open Monday till Friday from ... to ... .
